In the engineering department, Kerstin Günther is responsible for developing hardware and communication concepts. Once she has received customer enquiries, she also draws up single-line-diagrams, which are used by the sales team to prepare quotations. International client meetings take up a significant part of her working day. Her duties also include internal consultations and producing drawings as part of the process of creating bespoke solutions for clients.
When Kerstin isn’t at her desk, she has plenty to do in her private life: thanks to flexible working hours, she is able to organise her daily life as a mother very well and works part-time as a hoof orthopaedist. She lives with her family on a farm, which is home to five horses, amongst other things.

After many years working in office jobs at the tax office and the police, Jitka now brings her skills to the production team, meticulously assembling circuit boards, batteries and fuses that are later used in our control cabinets.
Jitka prefers to spend her free time outdoors: there is always something to do in her house with a garden, and now that her children are grown up, she particularly enjoys spending time with her two dogs. Jitka is also very active in sports: skiing in winter and cycling in summer.

As Head of IT, Fabian is responsible not only for the further development of internal systems and the development of new hardware components, but also for key aspects of cybersecurity. He ensures that all systems and devices are protected against digital threats, implements security measures and ensures compliance with current standards. He also assists colleagues with setting up devices and provides expert support with technical queries.
Outside of his demanding role, Fabian lets off steam by running and explores the world whilst travelling. He is particularly drawn to faraway destinations such as Las Vegas or the Maldives.

As the link between departments, Susann Nostitz is always on hand whenever customers have questions or encounter problems. In her role as a project manager, she is in daily contact with national and international customers, whether by phone, email or in person. There is no such thing as a ‘typical’ day for her: whether it’s support requests for external systems, returns, web portal content that needs to be tracked, or product enquiries – Susann always finds the right solution.
Alongside her career, Susann is also a mother of three children aged 8, 6 and 4. And when she isn’t renovating her parents’ house with her husband, she devotes herself passionately to music: she has been playing the accordion since childhood. What began with a melodica at primary school is now an integral part of her life. She has been a member of the “Fröhliche Harmonikaspatzen” orchestra for over 30 years.
