Legal Consultant*
Contract Law & Client Projects
You understand legal complexities – and turn them into clear, practical solutions.
In this role, you will support our team in drafting legally sound national and international contracts with corporate clients – ranging from framework agreements and supply and project contracts to cooperation agreements.
You will review draft contracts, draft terms and conditions, and support contract negotiations. In doing so, you will keep an eye on risks, advise our specialist departments on legal assessments, and play an active role in clarifications and decision-making processes. Your expertise will also be sought in relation to international tenders, compliance issues and receivables management.
With your legal expertise, structured approach and understanding of business contexts, you will ensure that our client projects are built on a legally sound foundation – from the initial enquiry right through to the final signature.
