The field intelligence of the system. Track.Bloxx receives all control commands from the CTC – including location- based tracking, wind protection positions, snow-removal and cleaning modes – and moves the PV array into the required position with precision. It continuously returns operational and status data to the wireless tracker control system for real-time monitoring.

How Track.bloxx works

The Track.bloxx series acts as the central control unit for single-axis PV trackers, precisely positioning solar modules based on intelligent tracking algorithms. Using integrated sensors such as inclination and motor current measurement, the system continuously evaluates operating conditions and adjusts tracker positions to maximize solar yield.

The controller can be powered flexibly via DC string voltage, AC supply or a self-powered solution, making it suitable for a wide range of plant designs. Communication is handled via wireless mesh networks or industrial interfaces, enabling reliable coordination across large solar fields.

With its software-defined functionality, operators can implement custom tracking algorithms and update firmware remotely. This ensures long-term adaptability, improved performance and compliance with evolving regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
