One control system, two solar parks. A closer look at a project we're particularly proud of, where two adjacent solar parks are operated through a single, centralized Gantner control platform.
The project was developed by the Irish state-owned electricity provider Electricity Supply Board Supply Board (ESB Group), with Greencells Group acting as the EPC contractor, and represents a significant contribution to Ireland's renewable energy infrastructure.
Instead of two independent PPC installations, one unified system manages both plants. That means a leaner hardware footprint on site, simplified maintenance, and full coordination between the two parks as they interact with the grid. A setup built for operators with multi-site portfolios, and a technical approach that scales.
